Delivery

Please note that we do not offer to ship for customers outside the UAE (GCC), who must arrange their own shipping. We ship every order using reputable private couriers, and it will be delivered within 2 working days throughout the UAE.

Refunds

We process refunds the same day, but it might take 3-5 working days for the funds to be credited.

Note: Only the Original Mode of Payment will be used for refunds.

Returns

We accept returns for up to seven days.

Exchanges

Unless the item is in good condition, we do exchange it.

Cancellation

Customers have 24 hours to cancel their orders.
